Christopher visits a San Diego home filled with organic materials to show a variety of texture and design options. Back at the studio, he introduces the ""before"" bedroom he will makeover, then starts the redo by constructing a four poster canopy bed with pipes. Using a display of fabrics from Loose Ends and his design boards, Christopher illustrates his method for choosing fabrics while emphasizing the difference between texture and pattern.
